Ace Instruments Ltd. is a locally owned energy service company providing instrumentation, electrical and valve products and services. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Inside Sales/Purchaser to join our team.

Whether you have experience in inside sales, purchasing, electrical/instrumentation parts, or have robust customer service skills and industry knowledge, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

- Assist customers with inquiries, quotations and orders
- Create, price and process sales, rental and repair orders
- Purchase electrical and instrumentation parts
- Source products and work with suppliers
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders
- Coordinate deliveries and third-party repairs
- Manage warranties and returns
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships

What You Bring:





- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using computers, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Sales, purchasing, electrical, instrumentation or oil & gas experience is an asset
