About Us

Kasa Supply AB Ltd. is a growing Canadian supplier of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products, serving contractors, construction professionals, and businesses across Alberta.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative – Waterworks & Plumbing to join our Edmonton team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in inside sales within the waterworks or plumbing industry, enjoys building customer relationships, and has experience supporting sales activities. Experience with material take-offs, estimating, and preparing quotations is preferred.

Additional product and system training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist contractors and customers with waterworks and plumbing product inquiries, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare sales quotations, estimates, and material take-offs based on customer requirements and project drawings.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to identify required products and materials.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and quotations.




- Provide excellent customer service and support daily sales activities.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience in the waterworks and/or plumbing industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of waterworks and plumbing products, including pipes, fittings, valves, and related materials.
- Experience preparing quotations, estimates, and material take-offs is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings is an asset.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Training is available for estimating, material take-offs, product knowledge, and company systems.
