Under the supervision of the Director, Employee Development, the Human Resources Advisor - Recruitment will be primarily involved in recruiting new talent. Campus recruitment activities at Canadian institutions of higher learning and trade schools will be an integral part of this person's responsibilities.

Talent

Acquisition and Recruitment Play an active role throughout the staffing process for vacant positions, in accordance with ANDRITZ’s recruitment policies and practices

- Stay at the forefront of recruitment trends and methods, including through a proactive talent sourcing and direct outreach approach
- Represent ANDRITZ at networking events and job fairs held, in accordance with the annual calendar, at universities, CEGEPs, and trade schools across Canada
- Actively promote career opportunities to employees and support internal talent mobility
- Monitor recruitment trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment approaches




- Recommend innovative solutions that enhance the candidate experience and improve the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives
- Participate in special projects related to the priorities and initiatives of the Employee Development Department
- Collaborate in the implementation of internal and external communication strategies. As our projects have large scopes and often require years to be completed, your perseverance will be valued with us. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, combined with a strong interest in engineering recruitment
- Recruitment advisory experience is essential
- Knowledge of the university or college workplace is a strong asset
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills—English–French bilingualism is required
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel occasionally within Quebec and across Canada
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on recruitment activities and project timelines
- Knowledge of integrated HR systems, such as SuccessFactors or Workday, is an asset. Life, disability, dental and extended health insurance
