Position: Investment Banking Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $175 - $300/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to inform data-driven AI training initiatives.
- Perform and review buyer or target screening, comparable company analysis, and financial modeling tasks.
- Build, update, and troubleshoot detailed Excel-based valuation and transaction models.
- Prepare and edit materials akin to client presentations or pitchbooks.
- Analyze and critique sample materials for numerical errors and provide actionable feedback.

Requirements

- Have robust relevant experience in the domain.
- Substantial hands-on exposure to live acquisition or sale processes.
- Demonstrated ability to produce and review analytical and presentation materials.
- Mastery in Excel modeling, including troubleshooting and scenario analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
