The Issuer Services Technology Senior Developer is a senior application development position responsible for accomplishing results and drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Technology team manages a suite of applications globally, all of which are business critical in supporting the Agency & Trust and Depositary Receipts business Operations and Front Office teams. Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, Spring, and Angular. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to the DevOps pipeline by automating build, test, and deployment processes. Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, including documenting code and writing technical documentation. Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users.

Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup,



its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role. ~ Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications. ~ Experience in managing and implementing successful projects. ~ Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. ~ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
