As an IT Advisor, you will play a central role in aligning, coordinating, and monitoring the sector’s technology initiatives. As an IT Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission.

Coordinating the analysis, planning, and execution of the technology initiatives under your responsibility. Recommending and coordinating initiative priorities to support planning and prioritization activities. Monitoring progress throughout the entire initiative lifecycle, from analysis through implementation.

Identifying, documenting, and managing risks, dependencies, constraints, and issues that may impact delivery. Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and fostering effective collaboration among business teams, technology teams, and partners. Producing and communicating status updates, performance indicators, and dashboards for various governance committees.

Monitoring budgets, estimates,



and delivery efforts while contributing to the continuous improvement of management, coordination, and governance practices. Holds a college diploma (DEC) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or another relevant field. Has at least five years of experience in Information Technology.

Has experience as a Scrum Master or in project management. Possesses a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement. Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the role requires daily communication via calls and emails with unilingual English-speaking partners.
