We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Area Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for the day-to-day delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. Lead, coach, and support team members through performance management, career development, and succession planning.

Set priorities and expectations while creating a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.

Delegate work effectively and provide guidance on complex technical issues.

Manage Infrastructure Operations Oversee the design, maintenance, security, and performance of server, storage, backup, network, and related infrastructure.

Monitor infrastructure performance and service levels, identifying opportunities for improvement.





Ensure infrastructure services are reliable, secure, and responsive to business needs.

Support the resolution of complex hardware, network, and infrastructure issues.

Deliver Projects & Improvements Lead infrastructure upgrades, improvements, and implementation projects.

Evaluate technology options and make recommendations based on business and technical requirements.

Support the development and implementation of infrastructure standards, processes, and procedures.

Contribute to longer-term infrastructure planning and capacity requirements.

Work closely with department leaders, system owners, end users, global IT colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Translate technical information into clear recommendations and actions for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Participate in IT initiatives, research, and recommendations related to emerging technologies.

College diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including experience with server, storage, network, cloud, or related technologies.

Experience leading people, projects, or technical initiatives.

Experience working in a cooperative, customer-focused environment.

Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with infrastructure technologies and concepts, including networking, backup, storage, and cloud environments.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with AI and emerging technologies.

Professional certifications related to IT infrastructure, networking, security, virtualization, IT service management, or project management.
