Lead IT operations and infrastructure as a hybrid IT Manager in the Anjou area, supporting technology across Canada, the UK, and Europe.

This full-time, permanent position requires experienced leadership across cybersecurity, Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central. You will guide strategic and hands-on technology operations while supporting compliance with Quebec Law 25 and GDPR. The scope includes vendors, digital transformation, process improvement, team development, budgeting, and procurement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field

10+ years of IT operations or management experience

Strong Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central experience

Multi-country or multi-entity organizational experience

Solid cybersecurity, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
