Required Technical Skills &

Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of qualified software development experience focusing on enterprise Java backend applications.

Deep proficiency in Core Java (Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, JVM internals).

Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security / OAuth2 / JWT .

Experience with message brokers and event streaming (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Strong SQL tuning and database design skills in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB)
