Job Title: JIRA Support Specialist
Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite)
Experience: 5+ years
Contract: 12 months plus

We are looking for a JIRA Support Specialist to support project management teams with JIRA reporting, dashboard development, Confluence administration, and PMO transformation activities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Robust experience with JIRA administration and support.
- Complex JQL (JIRA Query Language) queries.
- Creating and maintaining JIRA dashboards and reports.
- Creating and managing Confluence pages.
Desired Skills:
- Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- Power Apps.
- Project Management / PMO support experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to work onsite in Toronto, Canada.
- Background verification required before onboarding through HireRight.
