About the Role As a Journeyman Plumber / Site Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plumbing operations on assigned job sites, ensuring work is completed to a high standard while keeping projects organized, safe, and moving forward.

You'll be the go-to person on site, coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and other trades,



while providing direction and support to apprentices and other team members. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, solves problems, and takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish.

This is an opportunity for a skilled plumber who enjoys working hands-on while taking on greater responsibility and leadership.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day plumbing work on assigned job sites
- Organize labour, materials, and daily tasks to keep projects on schedule
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades
- Ensure installations meet the BC Plumbing Code, project specifications, and company quality standards
- Identify potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and communicate solutions proactively
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and job-site safety
- Provide direction, training, and mentorship to apprentices and team members
- Maintain organized job sites and ensure materials and equipment are used efficiently
- Communicate project updates, site concerns, and material requirements to management
- Take ownership of assigned projects and help ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

- Red Seal or BC Journeyman Plumber certification
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
- Previous experience leading a crew, coordinating a job site, or taking responsibility for projects
- Strong knowledge of the BC Plumbing Code
- Valid BC driver's licence
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong organizational, time-management,



and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and the ability to work professionally with contractors, clients, and team members
- Ability to mentor apprentices and lead by example
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in your craftsmanship
- Someone who takes accountability, follows through, and can work independently
