Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Junior Accountant plays a key role in supporting the month-end close process, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing valuable financial insights to the business. This role is ideal for an accounting professional working toward their CPA designation and looking to grow their career in a collaborative, fast-paced workplace.

Assist with daily bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Analyze monthly financial results and support variance analysis Assist with annual reviews, audits, budgeting,



and forecasting activities Investigate and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Support the Accounting team with month-end close activities and continuous process improvements 2+ years of experience in a Junior Accountant or similar accounting role ~ Progress toward a CPA designation ~ Strong Excel skills and proficiency with financial data analysis ~ We inspire possibilities, make shopping ridiculously easy, and help create special moments at home. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
