Full-Time, In-Person The Junior Digital Marketing Project Manager is the main point of contact for helping our clients Get Seen with SEO, AEO and Digital Advertising. You’ll build and maintain strong client relationships, bridging the gap between clients and our specialists by turning client goals into clear SEO, AEO, and Advertising tasks. As a Junior Project Manager, your clarity, curiosity, empathy, and proactive initiative helps our busy partners keep Marketing off their to-do lists and help the Longhouse Team by keeping projects transparent, organized and effectively delegated.

You make your biggest impact by helping partners and the team focus on what needs them most." - Client Communication & Relationship Management As their main point of contact at Longhouse, keep them informed and confident across their SEO, AEO, and Advertising. Present results to clients with confidence, and back every recommendation with research and data. Strategy & Planning ~ Shape the SEO, AEO, and advertising strategy for each client and adjust it as their needs and results change.

Team Direction & Delegation Provide project briefs and strategy direction to the specialist team, giving them the context they need to do great work. Quality and Standards Maintain a high standard of quality and review key deliverables before they reach clients.

Account

Monitoring, Retention, and Growth Monitor the health of every account to protect retention and support growth. Identify risks and expand accounts where added services genuinely help the client.

Internal Project

Management ~ Contribute as a project manager internally on Longhouse initiatives that help grow our business. Including all project management phases such as interview (problem identification, research, team coordination,



delegation, follow-through and evaluation 0-2 years managing a portfolio of client accounts in a digital marketing agency, with retention results you can speak to ~ Some experience leading client meetings or projects ~ Some SEO and paid advertising knowledge to guide strategy, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, and budget pacing ~ Confidence reading GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, and reporting dashboards, then turning the numbers into recommendations ~ Experience briefing and coordinating specialist teams through a project management tool such as Monday, ClickUp, or Asana Bonus Qualifications Hands‑on AEO or GEO work, with a feel for how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews select and cite content A record of growing accounts through expanded scope or added services Familiarity with a CRM and marketing stack such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Mailchimp Degree in marketing, business, or communications, or equivalent hands‑on experience When you join Longhouse, you join a team of Branding and Marketing experts focused on results for partners across North America.
