OUTBOUND STATION (O|S) is a craft burger shop and café located on the Sea-to-Sky Highway in South Beach, serving locals, commuters and travellers heading out on their next adventure.

Our mission is to provide experiences that reconnect our customers to the moment. For our kitchen crew, that means taking pride in the food we make and the place we make it, looking out for each other and making every order count.

You do not need kitchen experience to join us. Bring a willingness to learn, a reliable approach to work and a good attitude toward the people around you. We’ll teach you the stations and help you build confidence as you go.

When it gets busy, everyone gets into a flow state and the whole crew works toward getting great food out on time. It’s active, hands-on work, and there’s real satisfaction in a day’s work.

You’ll report to the Shift Supervisor, who reports to the Kitchen Manager, and work with approximately 4 to 10 kitchen teammates depending on the day and time. Everyone learns every kitchen station, so you can build your skills, switch things up and help wherever the team needs you.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Your role covers the full kitchen operation. We’ll train you across stations so you can contribute confidently and keep the day varied.

Prepare and serve great food:

Learn the grill, fryers, burger assembly and food preparation,



following O|S recipes, portions and presentation standards.

- Prepare and restock your station, communicate with teammates and coordinate orders so food reaches guests accurately and on time.
- Take customer orders, use the POS and hand off food with friendly service. Follow procedures for allergies and special requests, and ask your supervisor whenever you are unsure.

Keep the kitchen ready: Help receive deliveries, put stock away, rotate ingredients and flag shortages or waste to your supervisor.

- Wash dishes, clean and sanitize tools and surfaces, and follow food safety procedures for cooking, handling and storage.
- Complete opening and closing tasks, including shared cleaning of washrooms, outdoor areas and waste stations.
- Use equipment safely, keep work areas organized and report hazards or equipment problems promptly.

Support your team:

- Show up ready, communicate clearly, ask questions and help teammates during busy service. Take feedback on board and share ideas that could make the food, workflow or guest experience better.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
