We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will support food preparation and service operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas are hygienic and ready for use.

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas in compliance with health standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Help organize storage areas for clean and dirty items to optimize workflow
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Assist with setting up dining areas during service times when required
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
