Are YOU our next Medical Laboratory Technologist? We’re looking for a Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our Core Lab team in Kelowna, BC. You will be responsible for delivering in a timely manner the highest level of clinical and scientific quality to everyone we serve with a variety of testing using the latest technology.

Status: Casual Hours: Monday to Friday with potential for weekend coverage in the future. 7am - 9pm rotational shifts.

Hematology

Access a health and wellness benefits program that supports you and your loved ones Performing routine testing duties within Hematology which includes but not limited to analyzer maintenance, calibration, QC and troubleshooting. Ensuring quality control standards are maintained,



investigating missing samples and performing routine maintenance on laboratory equipment. Recording, interpreting and/or approving test results.

Carry a CSMLS Registration as a practicing Medical Laboratory Technologist in good standing Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level Solid ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for resolution Nice to have: working experience in the Chemistry or Hematology field, knowledge and understanding of Diagnostic Accreditation standards. Physical and Environmental Demands Exposure to noise, chemicals, solvents and bio-hazardous and radioactive materials Shift work required Pay rate: $36.00-$43.50 per hour At Dynacare, we’re proud to hire the best people.
