The Large Market Benefits Analyst will provide group benefits consulting support for large market clients, including design and financial management for clients and prospects.

Analyst will work closely with internal consulting teams, interface with vendors, support client deliverables and ensure a high degree of quality in work output.

The Large Market Benefits Analyst Will: Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability and special risk benefits for clients Lead annual renewal analysis and negotiations with carriers; Conduct experience reporting, budget projections and reviewing plan financial performance Conduct marketings by preparing and submitting specifications, analysis, cost comparisons, recommendation and preparing report Gather data and determine cost impact for plan design changes Monitor implementation process to ensure deadlines met, questions answered, all forms completed in order to meet effective date Prepare detailed plan design documents using excel template and update when required Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives To be successful as a Large Market Benefits Analyst with People Corporation, you will need: ~ Post-secondary degree in actuarial science, business, mathematics or related disciplines ~Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel ~ Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau and Outlook ~ Experience supporting large, flex,
