Gain hands-on legal experience as a Law Clerk Intern with CompanyCam in Lincoln, NE. This role offers opportunities in contract review, compliance, and product counseling within a dynamic legal team. CompanyCam is seeking a 1L or 2L Juris Doctor student for a full time summer internship in 2027.
Candidates should also be available for ~5 hours during Spring 2027. You'll work closely with Corporate Counsel to support vital legal operations and see firsthand how in-house legal support fuels company growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements and NDAs
- Improve contract review processes using AI tools
- Contribute to privacy and cybersecurity compliance programs
- Research compliance topics for ongoing development
- Support the Product Team with legal research and advice
Requirements:
- Current enrollment as a 1L or 2L student in JD program
- Strong communication and legal research skills
- Ability to evaluate legal risks and commercial objectives
- Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
