As a Banking & Financial Services Lawyer, you will work on a broad range of matters involving commercial lending, secured financing, restructurings and strategic financial transactions. Advise financial institutions,



lenders and businesses on financing transactions Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents and financing documentation Participate in due diligence reviews related to financings and acquisitions Collaborate with business law, insolvency and tax groups Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in banking and financial services law Significant experience in commercial lending and complex financial transactions Strong negotiation, drafting and strategic skills Valuable understanding of corporate and financial matters Bilingualism in French and English National platform and sophisticated clientele Structured, dynamic and performance-driven environment
