Partner closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver incremental value to customers. Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, performance, and security. Measure outcomes, optimize team practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality.
