Job Duties
- Work closely with the team to coordinate projects and maintain quality standards.
- Manage multiple small crews across different job sites.
- Handle multiple projects across multiple job sites.
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to coordinate projects and maintain quality standards.
- Apply Venetian plaster, microcement,
and limepaint to a high standard in residential and commercial spaces.
- Prepare surfaces for decorative finishes.
- Manage and prepare customer samples.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience applying Venetian plaster, microcement, and limepaint is an asset.
- Experience leading small crews and coordinating work across multiple job sites.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Leadership skills or training are an asset.
- Basic construction experience.
- Experience using trowels, hawks, putty knives, sanders, brushes, and rollers.
- General painting knowledge and skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence.
- strong grasp of English and Ukranian language are an asset!
