Key Responsibilities Define and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Prototype interactive experiences using Figma or Adobe XD
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature roadmaps
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and incorporate them into our products
Qualifications 7+ years in UI/UX design
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Robust portfolio showcasing product design and user flows
Experience with user research and testing methodologies
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
Proficiency in collaboration tools like Miro or Notion
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
