Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Personalized Hair Services: Provide high-quality haircuts, colour services, treatments, and styling tailored to each client’s individual needs, preferences, lifestyle, and vision.
- Create Meaningful Client Experiences: Build genuine relationships through active listening, thoughtful consultations, and attentive service that helps every client feel comfortable, confident, and valued.
- Inspire Confidence Through Beauty: Use your creativity and professional expertise to help clients explore their personal style and feel empowered in their own expression.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Build trust and loyalty through consistent service, personalized recommendations, and thoughtful follow-up.




- Maintain a Safe and Welcoming Space: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization to ensure a comfortable, professional environment for clients and team members.
- Support Client Education: Recommend appropriate haircare products, treatments, and at-home routines that support each client’s hair health and personal goals.
- Contribute to a Culture of Growth: Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, embrace feedback, and stay curious about evolving techniques, trends, and industry innovations.
- Support Salon Operations: Assist with appointment scheduling, client check-ins, payments, and other daily responsibilities that help create a seamless client experience.
- Represent the Flourish Vision: Bring warmth, professionalism, positivity, and authenticity to every interaction, contributing to a culture rooted in care, creativity, and growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairstylist, supported by a portfolio demonstrating technical skill, creativity, and versatility.
- A valid hairstyling license with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong consultation and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and make thoughtful,



personalized recommendations.
- Knowledge of current hairstyling techniques, trends, products, and haircare practices.
- A genuine passion for helping people feel confident, comfortable, and empowered through personalized beauty services.
- A commitment to maintaining excellent sanitation, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a supportive, respectful, and positive team environment.
- An openness to learning, receiving feedback, and continuing to develop professionally.
- The ability to recommend products and services authentically, prioritizing client needs, hair health, and long-term results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to assist with salon operations when needed.
