Licensed Practical Nurses provide person-centered care at AgeCare Miller Crossing in Edmonton, supporting residents through accurate assessments and medication administration. This is a regular part time position. Reporting to the Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers goal-directed nursing care within provincial standards. The role supports an interdisciplinary team through care planning, resident education, clinical coordination, and emergency response.
Experience in senior or long-term care is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation Implement, evaluate, and adjust resident care plans Provide nursing care, medications, and treatments Coordinate care with physicians, teams,
