Best Western Lamplighter Inn Conference Center and Shelly's Tap and Grill located within the Best Western Hotel is seeking a reliable cook and prep cook.

Line cooks are responsible for preparing all food items for the restaurant, room service, and take out, while maintaining the highest standards. They are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the line at all times. Banquet prep involves prepping various hot and cold food items for buffets and plated banquets.

Requirements:

- restaurant experience required
- basic knife skills
- attention to detail
- food handlers certificate
- passionate about food
- flexible hours (able to work weekends and holidays)
- ability to stand for long hours
- must be able to communicate effectively with other staff

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 44.0 per week
