Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook / Pizza Maker to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously during peak hours
- Support the team in meal assembly and plating for various menu items




- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude toward customers
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment is a plus

Candidate MUST BE LIVING IN Lacombe Local .AGAIN Please apply if you are Living in Lacombe Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
