LITIGATION ASSOCIATE Company Description A growing legal practice is seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation to join its team. Employment law experience is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position located in downtown Toronto, conveniently accessible by public transit.

Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Must have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation (trial) experience. Employment law experience preferred. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
