The Loss Prevention Supervisor leads and supports the store security team to protect clients, employees, and company assets while contributing to an exceptional Tiffany experience. The role partners with store and security management to maintain safety, reduce loss, and ensure security operations meet company standards. Valid security license and high school diploma.
One to two years of experience in a security-related position, preferably in a retail environment with an emphasis on customer service. Solid communication, computer, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to respond promptly to problems.
