Maintenance Technician (Term) - Dartmouth, NS Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. 2) expand the portfolio and diversify geographically through accretive acquisitions, targeting newer properties and dispositions of non-core assets; and (3) develop high-quality properties in its core markets. We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dartmouth, NS for a 2-month term (ending on or before December 31, 2026). Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware; General maintenance and painting; Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.; Ability to work as part of a team, and also under minimal supervision; ~ Renovations experience is considered an asset; ~ Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is considered an asset; ~ Employees will be given support and encouragement to develop their full potential and utilize their unique talents.
