Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Helper to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will support our maintenance department by assisting with equipment repairs and facility upkeep, contributing to the company's mission of delivering reliable agricultural solutions.

Responsibilities

- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Support electrical and mechanical troubleshooting activities.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean work setting.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.
- Assist in welding and schematic reading as needed.
- Support supervision in daily maintenance tasks.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- experience in Carpentry an asset.
- Skilled in welding and electrical work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance and general troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
