Team as a Maintenance Service Coordinator ! Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. AIP amounts are variable and are dependent on both company and individual performance, subject to eligibility criteria.

The target bonus percentage for this role is 4% of annual base earnings. Manage the activities of the Custodians and schedule Custodians when weekend work is required. Order and maintain inventory of custodial supplies, performs inventory count.

Assist with office re-arrangement; furniture assembly and re-configuration. Deal with outside suppliers (custodial supplies, non-hazardous waste management) and service personnel (grounds).

High School
