Lead the Fixed, Electrical, and Instrumentation team at Hecla Mining Company’s Keno Hill mine. Ensure operational safety and efficiency while developing your team and managing maintenance plans. As a Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will play a crucial role overseeing a dynamic team.

This position requires at least 5 years of experience in mining maintenance supervision, expertise in scheduling, troubleshooting, and knowledge of Electrical Code. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align maintenance functions with operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and develop the Fixed & E&I; team at the mine
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Develop preventative maintenance programs for infrastructure
- Schedule and execute maintenance jobs with high compliance
- Assist in troubleshooting and provide operational input Requirements:
- Journeyman Red Seal certification required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining supervision
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
- Proven experience with CMMS systems
