You will lead a team ofMarketing Coordinators and guide the marketing presence of five dynamicdivisions: From strengthening our brands to sparking audience engagementand championing community initiatives, you’ll have the opportunity to make a avisible impact across our entire group of companies. Take ownership of the marketing budget—from thoughtfulplanning and forecasting to approvals, reporting, and accurate expendituretracking. Unite marketing and management teams around a clear,forward-looking strategic marketing plan for our group of companies.

Lead standout advertising initiatives with support fromour Marketing Coordinators, overseeing everything from concept and creation todistribution and inventory across social media, newspapers, magazines, radio,Spotify, billboards, Google, print, company websites, and other relevantchannels. Be the champion of each division’s brand and corporateidentity, keeping marketing and sales initiatives consistent, compelling, andaligned with business goals.



Make every dollar count by managing vendor allowances,collections, and strategic program opportunities.

Source and manage branded materials and clothing thatkeep our organization looking sharp and consistent. What Will Help You Shine: A marketing, business, or related degree preferred. Five years of turning marketing ideas into results.

Location: In person & on-site at Warman Home Centre. Remotework will not be considered for this position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–withoccasional Saturdays.
