The Manager, People & Culture works with the Human Resources management team to support key HR programs and services, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, payroll, health and wellness, and employee programs. The role serves as a resource for employees and managers and escalates complex or sensitive matters to Human Resources management as appropriate.

Employee

Relations & Support Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR programs, policies, perks, payroll, and workplace matters. Administer employee benefit programs and respond to employee questions regarding enlistment, changes, claims, and available programs.

Payroll Administration

Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field. Working knowledge of benefits and payroll administration. Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, benefits, Microsoft Office, and related business systems.
