Manager, Finance and Operations

Vacancy: New Vacancy

Salary Range: $120,000–$140,000

Workplace Type: Hybrid arrangement with 2 days per week in office. The OBSI office is located in downtown Toronto.

Reporting to the Director, Finance and Operations, the Manager will lead day-to-day financial operations and take a hands-on role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This individual will prepare financial statements, help department leaders understand their financial results, coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal controls.

Beyond finance, this role provides leadership across office operations and membership administration, supporting the team and ensuring these essential functions run smoothly. It offers the opportunity to improve financial workflows, strengthen reporting and use technology to make processes more efficient.

The successful candidate will bring a CPA designation,



at least seven years of progressive finance experience and demonstrated leadership skills. We are looking for a collaborative, service-oriented professional who combines analytical thinking with practical problem-solving and a willingness to step in where needed.
