This role does require an on‑site presence 3x per week in our office in Laval, QC.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting, aligned with enterprise methodology and systems. Partner with leadership to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support business decisions. Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for investments, proposals, and pricing.

Introduce and improve planning processes, reporting tools, and data quality in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Operations. Learn and use Adaptive, Workday, and Office Connect. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ~ Preferred: MBA; CPA, CMA, FP&A;, or other relevant accounting credential. ~ Fluent in both English and French (native-level in both French and English), written and spoken is a must. ~ Based in Quebec and able to work on‑site at the Laval office at least 3 days per week. ~7‑10 years of relevant finance experience. ~ Strong financial acumen and experience partnering with leadership teams, including the confidence to push back at the executive level.



~ Experience owning the budget, forecast, and reporting cycle for a function or business unit. ~ Advanced Excel skills. ~ Experience with Adaptive, Workday, or Office Connect is an asset. ~ Ability to balance hands‑on analysis with influencing and communicating with stakeholders.

Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements
