Your responsibilities will include proposing strategic solutions, performing data analysis, and administering formal insolvency processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead corporate insolvency service proposals and planning
- Analyze data and review accounting records thoroughly
- Facilitate formal restructurings and insolvency appointments
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and legal professionals
- Ensure compliance with statutory documentation requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Qualified (CIRP) certification
- 5+ years of insolvency experience
- Proficient in English and French, written and spoken
