Lucky Leash Nelson Dog Daycare is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Managing Partner to take ownership of our day-to-day local operations. ​Because the founder manages high-level administration remotely, we are looking for an on-site leader who wants true skin in the game—not just a job, but a 20% equity ownership stake in an established local business. ​

Compensation & Partnership Structure: ​20% Equity Stake: Earned through a structured milestone-vesting framework (sweat-equity or capital investment options available). ​Operational Earnings: Base operational compensation for daily management shifts + profit-sharing distributions.

Key Responsibilities: ​Overseeing daily dog daycare operations, group pack management, and safety protocols. ​Managing on-site staff scheduling, training, and daily facility standards. ​Directing client relations and maintaining our high standard of care.



​Collaborating with the remote owner on long-term business strategy and growth. ​

Qualifications: ​Proven experience in dog daycare management, animal sheltering, veterinary care, or high-volume group animal handling. ​Strong leadership, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills. ​An entrepreneurial mindset—someone looking for long-term business growth and true equity ownership.
