The Manufacturing Engineer/Specialist supports production teams and reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The work combines manufacturing methods, technical drawings, documentation, and root-cause problem solving. You will help develop processes that reflect product designs, vendor capabilities, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create bills of material and manufacturing methods in Epicor
- Resolve production-floor issues through root-cause analysis
- Develop transparent work instructions and standard target hours
- Issue and revise job travelers from engineering drawings
- Support continuous improvement across company departments
Requirements:
- Manufacturing, mechanical engineering, technologist, or similar education
- Experience with 3D and 2D CAD software
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately
- Minimum two years in a manufacturing-focused role preferred
- Strong Excel, MS Office, communication, and teamwork skills
