Marine Insurance Broker – Customer Service We are looking for a RIBO-licensed insurance broker who is passionate about customer service and enjoys providing expert advice to clients. At ELCO, our brokers become specialists in APRIL Marine insurance products, helping boat owners understand their coverage and enjoy their time on the water with peace of mind. Advising clients on pleasure boat insurance products and coverage. Handling incoming client requests, policy changes, and renewals.

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups. Developing expertise in APRIL Marine insurance products. Collaborating with brokers, assistants, and the APRIL Marine underwriting team.

Investigating existing policies to verify coverage details,



review policy information, and resolve discrepancies. 2–3 years of experience as an insurance broker, preferably in personal lines ~ Excellent English, both spoken and written ~ Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in advising and helping clients ~ Experience in boat insurance (an asset) Continuous improvement matters.
