Aquent is partnering with a leading Canadian retailer to find a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support loyalty promotions and flyer execution. This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, working with data, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring promotional campaigns are implemented accurately and on time. You’ll join a cooperative team with established processes, documentation, and training to help you succeed.

Execute and maintain loyalty promotions and marketing flyer updates using established systems and procedures. Track promotional additions, changes, and deletions to ensure accurate implementation. Manage daily and weekly operational tasks against promotional calendars extending up to 10 weeks ahead.

Review promotional data, validate information, and identify discrepancies using Excel. Coordinate with marketing planners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to confirm promotional changes.

Experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, promotions coordination,



or a similar process-driven operational role. Demonstrated experience managing recurring tasks, detailed schedules, and multiple deadlines.

Strong

Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, filtering, formatting, and data validation. Comfort performing structured, repetitive work while maintaining consistent quality.

Experience running existing SQL queries or working with operational reporting tools.
