We’re looking for a motivated and technically strong Mechanical Engineer to join our Healthcare team and contribute to the delivery of complex, high-impact healthcare facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative group within a firm recognized for excellence in engineering consulting and long-standing leadership in the healthcare sector.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a Senior Manager and experienced team members who bring deep industry knowledge and mentorship. You’ll apply your mechanical engineering expertise and project management skills across a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects, including acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, mental health and rehabilitation centres, and public‑private partnership (P3) projects. From concept through construction,



you’ll help develop practical, reliable, and innovative engineering solutions that meet client needs and support patient well‑being.

Delivers technical designs for projects of varying complexity that could involve technical complexity, high project value and multiple trades Assists in creating project plans, participates in project planning and project management meetings and provides improvement recommendations to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met Starts to peer review work of more junior engineers for conventional projects Ensures technical accuracy of deliverables Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years engineering consulting experience Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Hybrid and flexible work options.
