Job Summary Surrey - Cloverdale Urgent and Primary Care Centre Fraser Health invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest growing and culturally diverse cities. The Surrey-Cloverdale Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) has Full time, Part time and Locum opportunities available. This clinic is situated in the quaint downtown Cloverdale area.

We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support. You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and will have a choice of longitudinal, urgent care or a combination of both. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centred, culturally secure and quality care.

Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.
