and negotiate commercial agreements including procurement, sales, service, IT contracts, and confidentiality agreements.

Provide practical legal advice and support mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and financing transactions.

Assist in maintaining and enhancing the corporate compliance program and monitoring regulatory risks.

Partner with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Operations, IT) to resolve routine legal inquiries and compliance issues.
