Our Claims
Division is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join the team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to jump start their Claims career with HUB International. Our Burnaby location is our head office and is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park.
Provide administrative support to claims examiners including file set up and payment processing (both internally and in cooperation with external partners) Manage several claim bordereaux Liaise with external stakeholders, including both Lloyds and domestic insurers, as part of bordereaux management Liaise with internal stakeholders, including accounting department, to ensure claims payment accounts are reconciled monthly Provide back up support for claims intake which may include monitoring claims inboxes,
reporting current claims to carriers and recording information in EPIC as needed Participate on claims team phone queue 1-2 years of administrative experience ~ Industry experience is an asset ~ Level 1 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 6 months ~ Outstanding customer service skills ~ Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word ~ Familiarity with EPIC is an asset We offer hands-on coaching and mentorship, alongside extensive sales training to ensure you succeed, today and tomorrow.
