About the Clinic

We are a busy, well-established physiotherapy and sports injury clinic that relies heavily on JaneApp for scheduling, billing, reporting, and day-to-day operations. We are looking for an experienced Medical Office Assistant (MOA) who is confident and efficient working in Jane on a daily basis.

This role is best suited for someone who understands physiotherapy clinic workflows and can manage front-desk and billing tasks with minimal supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesJaneApp (Core Focus)

- Daily appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and waitlist management
- Managing patient profiles, insurance details, and chart notes
- Submitting and tracking billing through Jane
- Running basic reports (daily totals, outstanding balances, visit tracking)
- Maintaining accurate and clean records within Jane

Billing & Payments

- ICBC, WorkSafeBC, extended health, and private billing
- Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling adjustments




- Following up on unpaid or rejected claims
- Maintaining organized and accurate accounts

Front Desk & Clinic Support

- Patient check-in and check-out
- Phone, email, and in-person communication
- Supporting therapists and clinic flow
- Scanning, uploading, and managing documents

Required Qualifications

- Completion of an MOA program or equivalent clinic experience
- Robust hands-on experience with JaneApp (required)
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy or rehab clinic
- Familiarity with ICBC and extended health billing
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.85-$23.85 per hour
