They are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Manager / Chiropractic Office Assistant to support the daily operations of the clinic.

Manage daily front‑office operations and ensure the clinic runs efficiently. Welcome patients, assist with check‑in and check‑out, and provide friendly customer service.

Answer incoming phone calls and emails,



respond to inquiries, and schedule patient appointments. Maintain and update patient records, files, and administrative documentation. Process payments, assist with billing‑related administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Perform general office administration, data entry, filing, and document management. Monitor office supplies and help maintain an organized, qualified clinic environment. Assist with other administrative and operational duties as required.

Previous experience in office administration, reception, or office management is preferred.

Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, or other healthcare setting is an asset. A friendly, professional, and patient‑focused approach to customer service. Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling systems, and standard office software. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to daily office operations.
