We're Hiring:

- Full-Time Seasonal Positions – Starting as soon as possible through April 2027
- Part-Time Seasonal Positions – December 2026 through April 2027

Midweek, weekend, and holiday availability is required. We're looking for flexible team members who can support our busy winter operations throughout the week.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Member Experience Team, you'll be one of the friendly faces our members and guests look forward to seeing. No two days are quite the same!

- Create a warm welcome for members and guests at our front desk, ticket booth, and other service areas.
- Make someone's day by answering questions, assisting with requests, and finding solutions with a positive attitude.
- Keep things running smoothly by handling member inquiries, processing transactions, updating records, and supporting daily administrative operations.
- Use technology with confidence to navigate membership systems, ticketing software, Microsoft Office applications, and other Club platforms.
- Be part of the excitement by supporting Club events, activities, and special moments throughout the winter.
- Work together with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless and memorable member experience.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

- Bring a positive attitude, friendly personality, and strong work ethic.
- Are comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Are confident using computers, with experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Are comfortable learning new software and systems and can quickly adapt to different technology and processes.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people find solutions.

- Can work a combination of midweek shifts, weekends, and holidays throughout the ski season.
