Fitness is expanding and searching for an enthusiastic individual to enhance customer service and support community wellness. As a Member Services Representative, you will drive member referrals, exceed sales goals, and communicate effectively with all gym members and guests. Your passion for fitness and commitment to service will shape a positive workplace for everyone. Key Responsibilities:
- Attract new business through member referrals and outreach
- Exceed personal sales goals using effective strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- Manage member accounts and book Crunch One Kick Offs
- Communicate special events and club services effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a service-oriented role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation to exceed expectations
- CPR/AED certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Background check required for a safe environment
