Lead men's recovery initiatives at Ruth & Naomi's Mission in Chilliwack, BC. This full-time position focuses on group facilitation and supporting individuals on their recovery journey. As a Recovery Program Lead, you'll engage participants through structured recovery programming.

Your expertise in addictions or social work will help facilitate growth and change. Foster a trauma-informed, supportive environment while collaborating with your team to ensure participant success. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate recovery groups and structured programming
- Provide case management and daily participant guidance
- Assess engagement and readiness for recovery phases
- Support life skills and healthy coping strategies development
- Maintain participant records using StepsForwardDB

Requirements:

- Education in addictions, social work, or related field preferred
- Experience in addiction recovery or mental health assistance
- Solid group facilitation and communication skills
- Compassionate, trauma-informed approach required
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, First Aid/CPR certification
